Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SuaCyber, a subscription training platform for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) skills. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SuaCyber provides online GRC training: learning modules and lessons, hands-on practice labs, portfolio tools, and career features such as job matching, resume tailoring, and interview practice. Features available to you depend on your plan: Free, Pro ($59/month or $399/year), Career ($99/month or $699/year), or the Job-Ready Program ($999 one-time).
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person; sharing login credentials is not permitted. We may limit the number of devices associated with an account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Plan switches take effect immediately and are prorated. See our Refund Policy for our 7-day money-back guarantee.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no scraping or bulk downloading of content, no sharing or reselling of course materials, no attempting to bypass access controls or plan limits, and no uploading unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual property
All platform content — lessons, labs, scenarios, and software — is owned by SuaCyber or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning while your account is active. Work you produce in labs and your uploaded resume remain yours.
6. AI-generated content
Some features use AI to generate suggestions, such as tailored resume drafts, tutor answers, and interview feedback. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, especially in job applications.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Training content is educational and does not constitute legal, audit, or compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will note the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions: contact us at the address on our Contact page.
