Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information SuaCyber collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of our website, learning platform, labs, and career tools.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register. Billing information: payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Learning data: lessons completed, quiz scores, lab attempts, and portfolio artifacts. Career data: your uploaded resume, saved job criteria, tailored resume drafts, and interview practice sessions. Device data: device identifiers used to manage device limits. Usage data: pages visited and interactions, used to operate and improve the platform.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the service (delivering lessons, scoring labs and quizzes, tailoring resumes, generating interview practice), to process payments, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing
Career and tutor features send relevant content — such as your resume text, job descriptions, or lesson material — to AI models to generate responses. We use this only to provide the feature you requested. Your uploaded resume is stored privately and is not shared with other users.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, email, AI processing), under contracts that limit their use of your data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal and operational purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
6. Your rights and choices
You can access and update your account information in your settings, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or export your data.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above. For privacy questions or requests, reach us via the Contact page.
